We are confident that you will be delighted with your Yves Durif Comb and/or Brush, however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Items may be returned for a complete refund, within thirty (30) days when accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or broken Items
We stand firmly behind the quality of our products. Should you experience any problems with any of our Brushes or Combs, which have been handled with conventional usage and care, we will replace the item(s) within the first year. Simply provide us with proof of purchase and a photograph of the damaged product. Or, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately and we will send you a replacement, make an exchange, or issue you a refund. Please note, only regular price items can be refunded if damaged.
